If you are dissatisfied with the product, we will quickly refund 50% of the purchase price less the freight cost. We simply ask that you email us the reason for your dissatisfaction and of which product you purchased. You can keep the Pillows/products.

We do not require you to send back the product as we want all customers to be confident in knowing your items are new.
